Tenants





We strive to foster close relationships with the tenants. It costs 7X more to acquire a new tenant compared to retaining an old one. Therefore, it is our core belief that long-term value is derived from tenant retention. Our goal is to deliver consistent satisfaction to every tenant by paying attention to their needs and quickly responding to any emergencies such as leaking roofs and drain bursts. Anything can happen at any time, Odin is prepared to handle any urgent situation that occurs with a tenant.



Contractors





Finding contractors who are reliable in their work and honest in their pricing can be a challenging experience. We work with a close network of contractors ranging from plumbers, electricians, roofers, snow removers, landscapers. We work solely with licensed and professional contractors, ensuring the work will be carried out according to the norms and regulations of the various municipal and provincial jurisdictions.
